It is centrally located near Ashmore Plaza Shopping Centre, this Modern (renovated a couple of years ago) 4 Bedroom home + Study is partly furnished including washing machine, clothes dryer, fridge and dish washer. The house is Located only 5KM from Griffith Uni and less than 2KM to GCIT Benowa (Tafe), It is a large house with 2 living areas. It has a fenced yard and undercover parking/outdoor area, it also has a Pool, Spa and some storeage in the shed in the back yard.
There is one room available, currently 3 rooms have 1 young person in each. Prefer single tenant and prefer no pets, but may consider a small one.
